Who is Thema?
Thema is a vigilante on the Southside of Chicago who stalks the streets and is brutally working to keep crime, drugs, and violence out of the underserved community she protects. The people in the neighborhood quietly support Thema, and the police turn a blind eye to her actions.
After the tragic event involving Spirit, a rising star in the police department decides law enforcement can no longer allow Thema to continue her bone-breaking vigilantism.
